Orders are processed with 24 hours for fast deliver or next business day. Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame you will need to replace your order with us.

Personal checks must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 14 days for confirmation that your check has cleared. For faster processing, pay via Paypal, cashier’s check, or money order.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS mail with delivery confirmation is available upon request. Shipping can take 2-10 business days from order date. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee with a time of 2-5 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.
All returns for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Opened items can be returned for merchandise credit and the 15% restocking fee still applies. Please call us for more details. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Return shipping is at customers own expense

In the rare event an item can not be shipped within a reasonable time-frame or is considered "backordered" you will be promptly notified. Customers will have the option of waiting for the item to ship when available or accepting the shipment of a similar in some cases superior substitution.
